Madbun

A hard place to find if you're new to the area. It is a small food court with its front entrance as a double door and the words CRAVINGS on top; looks like another store but it's the food court/market. I had the Thai sweet chili big bun. A decent size sandwich. It's a sweet chili, fried chicken with a sweet jalapeno sauce, slaw and pickled onions. The sweet jalapeno sauce was absolutely delicious. Very sweet and with a nice spicy kick to it. The slaw and pickled onions was a great addition as they added the acidic balance to the sweet sauce. A very delicious sandwich. No regrets. I also had the Spicy pork belly loaded fries. A large order of fries with chopped spicy glazed pork belly, cheddar jack cheese, kimchi aioli sauce, grilled onions and pickled daikon. I'm no expert on pork belly but the pieces were very chewy with a crispy outside. I did enjoy the crispiness of the pork belly, but the chewiness threw it off for me. Objectively delicious food. Korean BBQ sliders on bao bun would be my death-row last meal request. No joke.

Must try spot. Loved our food. We got a crispy pork belly slider, a bulgogi big bun, and some hot chicken loaded fries, along with a passion fruit tea, Loved it.
