Mad Chicken

Cashier "Sarah" was nice but owner (Big Greek Guy) was mean (Angry). My order of fries took 18 minutes! I kept waiting and when asked was scoled by him "It is ready, we cook verything fresh" [Apparently they must have been growing it back there too...} Just be nice to customers AND get their food ready quicker!

First and last time at Mad Chicken. So much feathers the chicken could practically still fly. My Boyfriend ordered the fried chicken and spent most of the time plucking the feathers off. He didn’t want to take it back because the service we received was already bad. We waited 15 minutes for chicken with feathers still on it. You can tell this is a sell only establishment meaning they don’t eat their own food, they just sell it. My boyfriend asked what sauce Sarah would recommend and she simply said it was up to him. My boyfriend went to ask for a bag and the cashier just rolled her eyes as if it was inconvenient for her. Never going back.

First time eating here today. I have to say I thought it was good. The chicken was nice and juicy. The only downfall I would have to say is maybe some of the times are over priced for the sizes you get. That would have to be my only thing I had a problem with. And maybe the staff double checking what a customer had asked for before totaling it out but it us a loud mall location so that can be explained. All and all I would rate it as a good enough experience to go again
