M Cafe & Grill

I like the restaurant and its food. However the customer service needs attention and improvements. I ordered their special fries and gentlemen behind the phone promised me that the food is ready in 15 minutes. When I got to restaurant, it was already passed 8 minutes from my order time. Unfortunately I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food and on top of that I have lost my meeting. I advise the owner to pay attention to customer service and hopefully improve it:

This was the first time I tried Persian food but I was with my Persian friends. Our party ordered Doogh to start with, in my opinion just not my jam. Then we got some Ash Reshteh soup which was good as well. Then we ordered the medium Persian Pizza which was one of my favorites. We also ordered the M Cafe Sandwich, the Zaban which was a beef tongue sandwich and chicken and rice. The food was pretty solid. It took 20 minutes for the check to come when we asked for it several times, this is the only blemish.
