EDIT: I went today and thought the place was closed down, it was so empty. I'm glad they made it through the pandemic but I'm sad to see they're so empty, I wish more of my pinoy would show support. I got a huge portion of pansit bihon and lumpia and they were ridiculously fresh. I waited no more than 10 minutes and it was still piping hot when I got home 30 minutes later (and yes, lumpia was still nice and crunchy). I come all the way from Fort Lauderdale just to eat here. Wish I could come more often. This place really takes me back home ???? I couldn't even get a picture of the lumpia, it was just too good to wait. I got bihon pancit chicken and lumpia chicken, both tasted just like my grandma's. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and everyone was so friendly. They even offer a ton of different bubble tea flavors. This is certainly going to be one of my new favorite spots.
I have been coming to this restaurant sporadically here and there for about 2 years. The first time I went to this restaurant was by accident. My wife and I saw it from the corner of our eyes, and we had to try it. The last time I visited this place was on Saturday July 16, 2022. In terms of the prices, this place is very reasonable and generous. In terms of food quality, I can say that it is by far one of the best little restaurants my wife and I have been to in the past couple of years. We make the pilgrimage, the mecca visiting of sorts for this little place because we live about an hour away. That is how much we love this place. We have been impressed with each dish we have tried. For context, my wife is the pickiest of eaters. She is demanding. Not in a pompous/arrogant kind of way. She is demanding of quality and good taste because she loves cooking. She loves finding new cuisine in YouTube and attempting to re-create it at home. So this place passes the highest bar in our house.
Arrived on a Saturday morning and placed our walk-in order to go. Place seemed busy so we sat down to wait for our order. We then noticed people who arrived 10-15 minutes after us were looking at the menu, ordering and receiving their food. We were still waiting. After 40 minutes when we inquired, they said it was coming soon. Food (the same dishes we ordered)kept coming out for others after us. We inquired again and they finally went to check in the kitchen. We finally requested a refund. The poor cashier could not figure out how to process it. The supervisor finally made an appearance and when we complained to her, she said they were very busy. I acknowledged they were busy, but asked her to take responsibility for screwing up our order as others were ordering the same items and getting them. They refused to accept responsibility instead kept blaming because they were busy. Initially I attempted to order lunch and was told only breakfast was available. However, folks who walked in wi
