The burrito was good. I really enjoyed the flavor. It seemed a little expensive, but maybe that it because of the location. It is a very convenient location and parking isn’t crazy. Much more convenient than driving down to around the 5 to get lunch.
I've had a couple of items from the menu now definitely one of the better spots around the area if looking for some Mexican food definitely recommend to try it out and order the less traditional items go ahead try the octopus taco you won't regret it hahah only con is it seems a bit pricey for the traditional items... Went to visit Lupe's on a whim to try their burritos and tacos. As it is Lent season, seafood tacos and burritos were the choices of the visit. Ordered the shrimp burrito and it was pretty hefty on weight and had a nice soft chewy mouth feel as soon as I bit into it. It was fairly juicy, savory and the snap of the shrimp was well received. The fish tacos were of the same feel as well. My only concern was that their salsas were not spicy enough. Literally felt no heat from their spiciest sauce. I would definitely come again but I would bring my own hot sauce to compliment the burritos they serve. Bonus: the taste of the horchata they serve reminds me of the smells of Main street @ Disneyland.
