Had to try the vegan options. Ordered the impossible burger. It was pretty tasty. That said, the form factor wasn't great. The toppings needed more texture. It was basically more like a burrito filling (paste) on a burger, inside a bun. A hard bun. So the second bite in, the entire burger and toppings slid out of the bun. I'll be back. It tasted good. Just might try something else.
So I have lived over in the area for 12yrs, drive past often and not 1 time ever thought to go in. Until yesterday... So for 12yrs I have missed out on this little nugget of deliciousness. The employee was super nice and the food was great. So great to the point I ate my sandwich in the parking structure. Lol The menu is amazing, because they cater to everyone. From your regular meals, or impossible meals to gluten-free. There's something for everyone and this is 1 of my new go to spots for the days I don't want to cook or drive far.
Their sandwiches are all delicious but we repeatedly get the Cobb salad. It's the best we've ever had. Their app makes ordering so easy too!!
