I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lumen, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the ambience greeted me with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a delightful evening. First and foremost, the food at Lumen is simply outstanding. I had the pleasure of trying their Honey Bourbon Salmon, and it was a culinary masterpiece. First time impressions: dinner at 7 on a Saturday night, very busy and somewhat loud; attentive but not happy friendly waiter; well made cocktails; pretzel appetizer was good, broccoli leek soup was so salty we couldn’t eat it all; bourbon salmon was excellent and the brownie sundae was great but should be shared! Overall great food, lively atmosphere, average service, and a bit pricey but worth it. I would return to try other things on their menu.
Everything was amazing. Loved the design of the space. Was very accomidating to our two young children and has a large green space for them to play. I had the blackened cod which was cooked perfectly and had the Detroit Sour which was very authentic and great flavor.
