What this place lacks in size it definitely makes up for in character and taste. The color scheme and personal photos on the wall really gave this resultant a comfortable atmosphere. Service was great, and the food was even better. Everything was hot and fresh and seasoned perfectly, I didn’t even need to touch a salt shaker! I will definitely be back again. The Crab dip and sea food grits are a must!

Very very good for a newer restaurant. I ordered fish & grits, hubby ordered chicken and churro waffles. My meal was extraordinary. It would help if the menu identified the type of fish. It was whiting and well cooked. The grits were creamy & cheesy, a splash of tomato relish added a tangy twist. The chicken was fried hard and the tender waffle was dusted with cinnamon sugar & sprinkled with blueberries. Delicious! Service was friendly and the decor is minimalist modern. Incomparable. Absolutely excellent food, service and presentation! Out of this world flavors. Thank you to Chef Niesh for coming out to introduce yourself and being so sweet and professional. Lu Lou’s is now one of my favorite restaurants ♥️
