LuLu Chinese & Dim Sum

Not good! Sweet and sour pork and pot stickers were definitely pre made, or bought frozen and placed in a microwave to reheat, found a plastic bag in the middle of the pork..how can they miss a plastic bag??? …this place used to be good..will never go back…

The food was good, but the service was weird. They only had three menus in the restaurant so they had to take one from us when another party came in. Also they'd bring drinks for half the table, then forget the other half.

Wow. This place has gone DOWNHILL!! I can't believe I once recommended the place to friends. The entire restraint was filthy. There was good smeared on all of the menus. The service was scarce and downright rude and mean. The table next to us simply asked about the water they had asked for, and the waitress snapped back and said can't you see I don't have any more hands? There's also a constant annoying beeping sound the entire time we were there. I think it's signaling food that's ready for pickup. When our food finally arrived, our appetizer was forgotten without even an apology, the food was absolutely awful and the main dish was made with a completely different noodle because the noodle we ordered was unavailable. Instead of an apology, the waitress was very upset that we didn't simply accept the completely different dish. Again, I can't believe this is the same restaurant. It gives Lu Lu's a very bad name. I will NEVER return.
