Luigi's Restaurant

The food was delicious, outside area was perfect! The service was really terrible!! The waitress only took the appetizer order, which came out quickly. Then we sat for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to take the dinner order. The appetizer dishes still just sat there!! We ended up collecting them in a pile just to clear things. The waitress also forgot drink orders. We ended up leaving without ordering dessert because we didn’t want to sit for 15 more minutes with dirty dishes. We had to find the waitress to get the bill.

Went to restaurant on Saturday June 11 to celebrate a confirmation, 7 adults and 1 child. Were told without a reservation we could not sit together! Woman that told us was extremely rude and we all got the impression because 7 out of the eight were Spanish we were not welcome even our 11 year old nephew sensed it! Nothing on your website says reservations are required! No one should be treated this way at a business in 2022!

We ordered Mussels marinara and veal mildness (Parmigiano without any cheese). In each instance the portion size was good but the pasta wasn't properly drained so the sauces were watered down and thin. In the case of the veal, it had no real seasoning of its own, so the watered down sauce was especially noticeable. Service was attentive but couldn't compensate for disappointing food. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely NOT wheelchair accessible. As a matter of fact, while not in a wheelchair, I am disabled and I had a difficult time getting from the parking lot to the inside of the restaurant especially due to their double doors.
