Lucky's Roadside Stand

I am a true fan of independent food joints. I just had my two new craves, a Jr Classic with added pickles, fried onions and an egg. Huge. Messy. Awesome. My second crave is Joe's Blood Orange Lemonade! If I could get a case of that for Christmas, I would make these two my new Christmas dinner!

The cooking method has changed on the burgers. The burgers used to have a slight char to them, that's what brings out all the flavor - but the last few times they have been very undercooked. Which can be fine as long as the outside is slightly crisped up a bit, but that's not the case like it used to. A ton of cooking fat is being carried over into the packaging too - this is also new. Please cook using a slightly higher heat, or leave them on a bit longer.

Food is excellent - absolutely great - order even if for delivery. The only thing that has nothing to do with the food is that when I received my food from door dash- which was a great experience too. I was just shocked that the bag wasn’t stapled or sealed shut and that the bag was wide open all I could think about was someone reaching in and just eating some fries and tots. I think if bag was sealed shut that I would of felt 1000% about this experience. I’m not suggesting that this happened in my case. But once delivered. Bag was wide open with fries and tots on top - great snack for any hostess or delivery person or any animal that could easily get to it before you get to your order outside your home door. Ask for Luckys to staple your bag shut - everything else was perfect!!!
