Lucky's Burger & Brew

My wife and I were in the area and wanted to try something new. From the reviews we were worried about the service being horrible but thought we would give it a try. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given the option where we would like to sit. I can see where the reviews say they hire young kids to wait on tables cause we waited a bit long before someone came to our table to ask what we would like to drink. Other then that we had no complaints. After our waiter came to our table he kept on stopping by to make sure we were okay and was very polite. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing as well. We will be back again if we are craving a burger.

Recently decided to host our Track & Field banquet in the backyard of Lucky’s and it worked out perfectly! Chose to have a pre-determined buffet for all attendees vs ordering off the menu. Worked great! We were able to add simple decorations about the grounds and it was a casual yet special evening for our athletes and their families. Highly recommend l!

I will have to be honest I had a pretty horrible experience. I've been to this restaurant hundreds of times but this time it was the worst service ever. My son always gets the hot dogs and French fries. I always get the retriever fried pickles and the house potato chips. The server came right away and took my order.. My son got his food I got the fried pickles and house chips right away. The chips had come with some sort of blue cheese and something drizzled on top of them. I'd never had it like that so I sent them back and just asked for plain chips. When the chips came back they were cold and nasty. 2 other customers had come in at 2 separate times and they received their burgers and drinks before I got mine. When The server came back I explained I never got my burger and fries, he asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no sir I'm starving so he said he would camp the Burger.
