I was at the store location in Humble Tx, September 25, 2022 at 11:30am. While my cousin and I waiting inside on our food, we saw a huge rat run from behind the counter to the drive thru. I let the guy know that was preparing our food. I also called the manager to let him know and the only response I got was “okay”. Issues like that has to be taking care of.
Visited for the first time as reviews said it was halal. Asked just to be sure and got the all clear. Food was fresh and staff was courteous. Really tasted great too. Amazing value meal and unexpectedly tender and juicy Po boy sandwich. Fried chicken and fish were hot and well seasoned. Fries were great too. The sauces that came with our meal were so good we didn't bother with ketchup. We ordered coleslaw and it was cold and very tasty. Didn't enjoy the mango slushy as much as the food but still wanna come back. Quantity was awesome.
Did not like how the dirty rice taste like old hamburger meat. Didn't know y'all was taking plays outta Wendy's handbook. I feel like y'all better than that. Or should want to be. This was just a painful experience... Like literally. And I'm sorry..but I know you can do better.
