Louisiana Bistreaux Seafood Kitchen - Buckhead

First time and last time here. Came in around 5p and there was confusion amongst the wait staff and shift managers. We stood patiently and were seated in the main dining area. Five minutes later we were asked to move. No problem. We were greeted by our waiter who told us all the many items they didnt have available. We were extremely disappointed. We allowed our daughter order and I ordered some grits as a side just to quench my hungry. This place is sad and poorly run. The dish my daughter ordered (ravioli) looked bland and messy but actually taste pretty good. Shrimp appetizer was mostly fried dough.

We had a great family time here. The staff were friendly and attentive.. the vibe was perfect!! All of the meals were very tasty!! This is truly Cajun food .. my jambalaya was on the dry side, other then that we were very satisfied!!

I’ll start off by saying my true rating is 4.5 based on two visits and let me tell you why: First Visit: I came here for dinner with a friend around 6:15pm on a Thursday -Food: 5/5 came out perfect with how fresh it was made and phenomenal portions and flavor combo (jambalaya, gator bites, and I forgot what my friend had but he liked it a lot) Service: 5/5 The waitress was great and very attentive and gave great recommendations Second Visit: I came here on a Friday and about a hour before they were closing Food: 3.5/5 overall the food was good (but not great like before) and sometimes that happens when it’s getting closer to closing; I had ordered the same food Service: 5/5 the Waiter was very good just like the last waitress I’d definitely come back but be sure it’s not as close to closing time. The portions for the price and no bubble guys after was a win!
