Louie's Deli and Meat Market

The quality of the meat is great. However, there is a limited selection. The pricing is average with larger chain stores with what has been so far a better quality product.

Excellent customer service!!! We went in to see what they had besides meat and the staff working were super awesome, helpful and friendly. They didn’t mind answering our many MANY questions even from our talkative kiddo and guided us well. We have a great butcher shop in Memphis but we will definitely be visiting this place more too!!! This is a great business! I would also love it if they had more deli offerings and sides, like Italian olives and pastas, salads and baked potato salad. Mmmmmmm!! :)

Very unreliable hours. Sometimes they close early without notice, sometimes they are just closed for whatever reason even though they are supposed to be open. Might be a staffing issue, but they really need to figure it out. It's beyond annoying to get there and see the place closed when the hours on the door says they are supposed to be open. I live in Oakland and can't take the risk of wasting my time going there, especially with the gas prices these days. They need to figure out what hours they want to be open and stick to it!
