Lotus Inn Restaurant

I took my mom to have dinner at this restaurant, they don't care at all about their customers, we were standing at the door until we got tired of waiting, then sat ourselves down and waited at least 25 to 30 minutes just being totally ignored. Finally I had to ask for a table, ridiculous. Surprise plenty of tables were available and waiters just too distracted to come and be welcoming say hi and give us a table. I was about to leave, very disappointing, my mom traveled to see me and I wanted her to enjoy the experience, I felt extremely ignored as a customer and I will not be back. I don't care how many to go orders you have, if customers come in, you smile, welcome them and let them know how long is the wait time, you made us feel completely ignored. I don't even care about myself, it was a special occasion for my mom, I wanted her to be treated well. What a disappointment.

I have been coming to dine it and take out from Lotus Inn for many many years. Their to go containers are absolutely a step or 2 up from the previous flimsy carton containers..????????????.. If i could sum up what describes Lotus Inn...it would be..CONSISTENCY!!????????????????????????.. Their meals never dissapoint and the price i believe is a GREAT value considering the quality of the food. Example....these 2 platters(only one shown in pics here) cost only shy of 18$. I highly recommend this place over similarly priced Chinese fast food restaurants in my area. Im stingy on giving 5 stars..but they have earned it throughout my dining in and carrying out over the years! Mike Sanchez

Food is so delicious and very affordable! I always order beef and broccoli and some appetizers like edamames or dumplings. Taken my friends here and it’s our new favorite place to eat, the place is cute and staff is very friendly. Will be coming back to try more of the menu items, definitely recommend!
