Los Cabo's Tacos Y Mariscos #1

I almost never give five stars because nobody is perfect. But I'd give 4 and a half If I could. I got the lunch special #3. ( 1 Enchilada + 1 hard shell taco ), comes with rice and beans which is pretty standard of course. I usually get carne asada street tacos, or chicken or whatever but I do like a crunchy taco every now and then. These guys make their own shell of course. It was REALLY good, the seasoning was great. I've been to literally hundreds of Mexican restaurants all over the country and about half of them are kind of bland. Especially when it comes to the rice. I'm not really a fan of rice, usually don't eat much of it. but it was really good here. I cleaned the whole plate. So long story short (too late, ????) I really like it, very good. I will definitely come back. Prices are pretty reasonable too by the way. ????????????

1 star because the servers were attentive and tried their best. Im Mexican, have eaten a lot of ceviche, and... This is not ceviche at all. To be clear, (1) the shrimp is not supposed to be cooked in water, it should be cooked in lime. The shrimp here had no flavor, and the vegetables weren't a good mix either. Overall, it was unpleasant. (2) They didn't have salsa negra, a STAPLE of Mexican seafood restaurants. I don't even think "staple" is strong enough of a word to describe how essential salsa negra is for this cuisine. It's like a Chinese restaurant not having soy sauce. (3) Also, I ordered a mango margarita, not a lime. I received a mango one after I asked, but was still charged for the lime one.

The service is wonderful. The salsa and chips are great. The food is so Delicious ???? will Definitely be returning. Thank you ????.
