This recent experience with Los Cabos was horrific, and it will officially be my last time ever stepping foot in their building. After being seated, we were greeted with an unfriendly waitress who was not nice or personable in any way. We ordered our food. I ordered a Lunch 2 special, which consists of a burrito and a order of rice and beans. My burrito looked absolutely disgusting. I ordered queso dip on top of my burrito. It was not melted at all. Instead, it was thick and looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. I asked the waitress if she could remake the burrito so that it would actually be edible. She took the plate to the back and came back shortly with the same exact thing on the plate. They did not attempt to remake it or anything. I told the waitress I did not like the food and that it did not look like something I wanted to pay for or eat, and I asked if it would be possible for me to get something else. This place is a relaxed dining experience. Nicely lit and clean. Staff greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were quickly seated. Our server was took our drink/appetizer order shortly after we were seated. Our food was hot and tasty. I would recommend you watch the plates if you bring little ones because they are hot.
