Los Burritos Lokos # 3

Flawless presentation! I was shocked when I opened up the container... it was burrito perfection! ???? The rice & beans were delicious!! First time trying this place out, I had a great lunch experience! Super friendly staff, restaurant was very clean, & very easy parking. 5/5!

Ordered a veggie taco dinner. Had to go back 2TIMES in one night because they kept getting my order wrong. First time, wrong shells (no biggie) second time, he smothered it in cheese after I had specifically asked what came on the tacos when I first ordered so that I wouldn't get cheese! By then I was over it and just wanted a refund cause I'm sure the cook was as frustrated as I was so I did not want a remake of the food. Asked for a refund. INSTEAD, I got the same old food back with hardly any ingredients in the tacos even though I had paid extra for grilled green peppers and onions, and to top it off, you could tell it was the same old food cause there was still melted cheese on the inside. Told them I asked for a refund and not more food but the girl at the drive thru window said she had already cashed out her register and she was nice so I let it go but it was a waste of $16 for sloppy tacos with nothing in them. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Don't waste your time going either.

Food is over priced and not fresh. I've given this place 3 chances!! Only because they have a convenient drive through. I tried tacos first then a torta, then tamales. I make better tacos at home, the steak isn't very good. Torta was dry and bread seemed old. Tamale was the worse, tasted old, dry, as if they microwaved it and my stomach was upset. Paid $9 for two but I threw them away. That was the last straw.
