Los Betos

Ordered 2 beef burrito combo w beans & rice $12. Was charged extra to make them Carne asada. Total came to $18 for one combo. Got home to find the burritos that I had paid extra $ for, were really small. Pretty upsetting due to the fact that they charged me extra, only to make my burritos half the normal size, literally smaller than the inside of a paper towel roll. I ordered at 11:10 am, went back 20 minutes later and they were closed, had a sign on the window that read "be back 30 minutes". Went back at 12:30pm and they were still closed. Come 2:30pm they finally opened. I asked for a refund and I'm assuming the manager, a very rude and unprofessional woman, immediately copped an attitude and proceeded to issue a refund, with absolutely no concern as to why. As she was handing me my refund, she finally asked what the problem was. Prices are too high! Much higher than any other Los betos in Tucson. $4.15 for ONE shredded beef taco?? Also, the menu in the drive through is disgusting and trashed and torn apart. Almost looks like someone splattered some green paint or guac all over the menu too.

Delicious food very relaxed environment the service is the best you better visit them before a month's time is over the same manager may not be there as they're opening their own business.????????????????????????????
