Los Arcos Mexican Grill Bulverde Location

Today I went back again to pick up my orders I put over the phone, and Karla, (Paola kindly as her!) I guess didn't know it was me, so if you order through the phone you will agree with me, they are so kind and treat everyone friendly, like a family, and the food is very tasty, real Mexican food home style, well this is a plus. Trust me, you won't be dissapointed, a big 5 Golden stars for you my friends!

Horrible service if your not dressed like you have money you’ll be invisible. Went in sat down and three more groups walked in behind me. You see they attend the first before me and I said ok maybe they didn’t see me. Went and let the young lady know I needed a menu they maybe she hadn’t seen me come in before them . She goes gets a menu and give it to the other group are you serious!

Had compachana tacos and nachos. Food was excellent. Server (Sara) wasnt good. I think her mind was somewhere else. Had to ask for itensils and several other things at least twice. Didnt leave a big tip but she deserved nothing. Have always had good service here until today
