Their Italian beef is possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. The hot giardiniera actually has some heat to it, which is perfect for perfectly seasoned and cooked beef. The bread is solid and transports well (not soggy by the time I get home, unlike a lot of places).

Italian beef sandwiches are similar to what you might get at some Chicago restaurants. Rolls are okay--not what you would normally get in Chicago--but get especially soggy if you ask for extra juice on the sandwich. Fries are great. And the gyro rolls are outstanding. Really liked the sauce they came with.

This used to be my go-to stop..several times a week. In the last few months, the classic gyro has jumped in price from 5.75 to 7.50 (website does not even reflect the latest prices)..no sides with that. The quantity of meat and overall quality has decreased along with the price increase. Dropping my 5 stars down to 3..I may still go, but probably on a monthly basis instead of a few times per week.
