LongHorn Steakhouse

We came here for the first time on June 22nd and had dinner. We had two ribeye sandwiches and the menu recommends cooked to medium. We ordered one medium and one medium rare. When we got them they were both closer to well done. They were somewhat juicy, but the meet was tough. Flavor wise, they were good, but we were just ok with them. The ribeye steak was cooked as requested, medium rare, but it was somewhat tough. Overall it was a good experience and we will come back. Hopefully the ribeyes will be tender by then.

I arrived close to 4pm on a week day. I was greeted by the friendly bar tender while I waited for the host to seat me. The host was busy with other patrons so I decided to sit at the bar. I was quickly offered a beverage. I ordered the Don Julio Margaret which was well balanced. I decided to go with the Outlaw Steak, MED temp. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Can't go wrong with the mash potatoes! Overall, I had a pleasant experience here.
