Normally when we go to longhorns the service is great but today we just felt like we were being punked the waiter we had was just terrible we couldn’t even get refills with stopping another waitress (Amelia, who was just awesome she stopped what she was doing and got our refills and steak sauce. The salad had more scrap in it then lettuce, stems aren’t anything I want to eat, we both asked for well done steaks and they both were mooing when brought to the table
The service was really good. That's why I gave at least 3 star. The food was not good. We had a large order which included 3 outlaw steak dinners. We ordered them to be cooked medium well but instead they were over well times 10. We could barely cut some areas and you could not chew it. They usually have better food but this time they really drop the ball.
