LongHorn Steakhouse

Went there Saturday for my birthday. Had a wonderful experience & a great server Jeremy! Jeremy loves his job and you can tell by his big smile and attentiveness to your dining experience! Food was delicious, drinks were good & that Corn on the cob was amazing! Great addition to Algonquin! It is in the old Famous Dave’s location so it is not a huge place. 5 stars for sure! ????

To start, I have to say I was not disappointed. My family and I walked in and the hostess seated us all right away. Our waitress was extremely attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. She brought us our drinks right away, brought out our appetizer then our meals. Everything was to our liking. My wife ordered a Renegade steak, I ordered the ribs (first time having ribs from LongHorn), and my kids had the kids meal (one being chicken tenders, the other being mac & cheese). One thing I will say was that the chicken tenders were small and hardly any meat to them. There were plenty of fries with the kids' order, the kids size drinks were a decent size, and the amount of mac & cheese was plentiful. The ribs were nice and tender, plenty of meat and it had plenty of sauce slathered all over. The flavor of the sauce was bit tangy and slightly sweet. The tenderness of the ribs were excellent. I know the service industry is suffering, but I'm going to write an honest review. 1. We added our names to the wait list before we got there, still waited about 15 minutes. Which is fine, but there was no where to actually wait. 2. We were seated as a family of 4 in teeny both. My kids couldn't help but spill their drinks all night because the table was so small. Clearing plates was troublesome. And the servers continued to bring food to the table with no where to put it. 3. Our order was wrong several times. My husband's steak was under cooked, and when we sent it back, instead of a new steak, they continued cooking the old steak and brought it back out. That was just, wow. Food was forgotten and we had to ask several times for our drinks, to go boxes, napkins, and water. 4. 10/10 do not recommend ordering adult beverages. I had a mango margarita,, my husband ordered an old fashioned. My margarita was spilled before I could actually drink it. My husband's old fashioned was the worst
