I called ahead and was unable to either order on line or to order ahead. Not good. However the young lady I had spoke to on the phone, took the time to help me with my order. Great customer service in this location. When our order was out on the counter the fries fell off from the tray and not only did the employee fix them onto the tray but he replaced them with a fresh new order of fries. I think that says a lot about the staff. Really liked this location.
They forgot to add the addon shrimp to the order, and despite asking for condiments, no condiments were given either.
