First, theres no ice in the soda machine, condiments are out othe counte, everything is sticky and fly infested. Secondly, Bertha the manager on duty today was quite rude to not only the staff but also the customers. She was heard cussing out some of the staff in the back rooms. Her attitude was very condescending, the way she treated the staff, in front of the customers, was very unprofessional and disturbing frankly. While dining and trying to finish our food in peace, Bertha couldn’t keep her mouth shut. She was constantly bickering with the cook in the back. Nothing was done to her liking.

It was absolutely disgusting. The oil for the fish needed to be changed. It was dark and had black flecks all over it. The fries looked and tasted like they had been put in the fryer and taken back out immediately. We used to love going here but we will no longer be going back

Fish was pretty solid as usual but I had like 15 hush puppies for the 5 of us and all were burnt and gross. Some were super hard, other parts are undercooked, and all it tasted of was grease. Very disappointing, and nobody would answer the phone at the st peters location.
