Sat in drive thru 20 minutes no one would answer intercom. Pulled to pick up window could see 3 employees. Not one of them came to the window. Blew my car horn, hit on the window. NOTHING!!! Another customer went to the door. They looked straight at him and ignored him. What kind of service is this at 6:00 pm. I am so confused as to why this happened.

Not the best. They barely got my order wrong and have me extra popcorn shrimp instead of my second fish plank but I'm not complaining about that. The food itself was kinda soggy and old. I had to wait because they didn't drop the shrimp till ordered but i get the feeling the fish and chicken was laying around a while before being served. The shrimp was ok though. The last working there seemed irritated through the speaker but she was pretty nice at the window. I think that's just how she comes off. Kinda wish i would've requested all the food dropped fresh but I'm one of those people that don't like to bother others with extra work.
