The food is great, the area is clean, the place smells and look great, the food is cheap for big portions, and the customer service is good too. The one downtown Richmond, everything about that one is disgusting tho. So only go to this location.

Delicious- we got chicken tenders and dirty rice. Loved every bite! Friendly staff too. Would definitely return on our way through town.

I've been here three times now and it's been great every time. Highly recommend the 24 Karat Gold sauce. It's a slightly spicy BBQ flavor. I wish they'd give a description or pictures of the flavors, or at least indicate whether the flavors are saucy or dry (like parmesan garlic, for example). The traditional and boneless are both excellent. I would give a slight edge to the boneless simply because they're big, meaty, juicy chunks of white meat. Really great quality. I've also had the cheese steak and it was very good. Soft bread and flavorful meat. I'll have to try a burger next time. Orders by phone are ready within 15 minutes, and they'll give you free little cups of their sauces. Really nice service, clean place, can't say enough great things about them. I hope they get lots of business and do really well in their spot, so they can open more locations. Hopefully closer to my house, further north on 301!
