Logan's Roadhouse

Two ladies for dine in. We were seated by hostess with menus, but never acknowledged in any other way. Wait staff passed our table maybe 5 to 6 times, so I know we were seen. We didn't get a water, no greeting, no "I'll be there in just a minute".....NOTHING. After about 20 minutes of being totally ignored, we left menus on the table and just left. Went to Longhorn Steakhouse and were very well served. By the way, this was around 2pm and Logans was not THAT busy! Very poor customer service. I'll think twice before going back.

They tried, but doing the same thing over and over again doesn't change the result. Steak ordered medium rare. Steak number 1 well done. Steak number 2,.medium well. Steak 3 medium well. Steak 4 rare. The green beans were good. Fried mushrooms were tasty. Ended up an unintended vegetarian meal. Hard to call yourself a steakhouse when cooking a steak is outside your wheelhouse!

This place was very disappointing! I went here on my first date with husband since COVID, and at first I was very excited, I wanted to get the Logan with the bourbon butter and spinach artichoke for the appetizer and a blue Curacao drink that was 6.99. I also had wanted the butter to go with my rolls. well first off they brought me out something that was super spicy with chicken in it and was definitely not butter. We told them this and they tried telling me it was the butter I ordered, but I've ordered this butter through doordash a lot and it was never super spicy with chicken in it! They refused to believe me and just heated it up and brought the same thing back to me. Still couldn't eat it because of how spicy it was, and the dip I ordered was nasty. The chips were stale and by this time I couldn't even stand to try to eat because it turned my stomach sour. So my husband took care of the check and went to talk with a manager.
