Logan's Roadhouse

We arrived at 10 pm, hardly anyone in restaurant. Got seat right away. Took forever for server to greet us. She had no personality, and wanted to argue with us regarding whether the ice tea was sweet or not, to or order being messed up. Even after consulting the manager, he didn't even have the decency to come over and find out what's going on. It should not have taken 40 minutes for 4 people to get their mildly warm food. This was the worst service that I have ever had.

My first visit was with a huge party and everything was a five star experience. Last night bf and I had dinner here and we left so dissatisfied that we will not be returning. Our waiter was clueless. I've worked in food service- I know how tasking it can be to multi task, but this guy just fell so flat with duties. He brought food at odd timing intervals (bread after we finished our app), took bfs salad away while he was still eating it (salad arrived 2mins before his entree arrived), didnt ask if we wanted dessert, I asked for napkins and didnt receive them until I was already done eating. After all that and observing how much fat was part of the pulled pork and steak we were served, we just have no interest in returning.

I've taken many international friends here, and have always loved their salmon, shrimp, and burgers. Their steaks on the other hand? Very fatty. I always order the leanest steak (filet mignon) cooked rare, and this is the only restaurant that I've been to where I choke on the fat. Very disappointing. I'm giving them 3 stars based on cleanliness, great waitresses, and atmosphere.
