Loft Hawaiian Grill Restaurant

I normally go to L & L for Hawaiian food but I tried the loft and I was not impressed. You get about two spoonfuls of macaroni salad, the chicken was mid. They do have very good hot sauce and their other sauce is good as well. Overall it's 5-7 dollars more than L & L and nowhere near as good. I Wish I had photos of the sauce cups they put the macaroni salad in. Disappointing to say the least.

Food is good but the service is lacking. I've been here many times, and it seems like the service has continued to get worse. The service used to be great, but that was years ago. It seems lack there is new staff each time I visit and they untrained and inexperienced. Service was slow, food was delivered at room temperature/ cold.

Saturday around 7:00-7:30 Pm. I called so many times but phone was blocked and never answered. I thought that they were so busy but when I arrived at Restaurant ( I am two blocks away) that there was 3 employees with two table of customer. I picked up the food and came home but macaroni Salada was missing from two orders so I called in have ready for it. Luckily my husband was around that area. When he walked in and ask for the missing Salada that she throws on the table . I love their food but this is too much to take it. I hope the owner see this and realize why the revenue is low…. Everything is great except one employee who has a bad attitude
