We just ate here for the first time and we had a really good experience. Great customer service given by kalina, she was very patient and kind. HUGE portions. My husband and I shared a meal and still couldn't eat it all. We will be back.

Everything I’ve tried here has been phenomenal, from the poke to the mixed plate lunch, to the fries. Everything is fresh and flavorful and tastes really authentic. Really happy to have this gem near Reno, it’s better than a lot of spots I was used to in San Francisco. Portions are large enough that you could share, but it’s so delicious you won’t want to.

Bad customer service experience received today. I ordered online and specified the contents to include in my large poke. Instead I received missing shrimps and scallops. Called and the manager said it was not available. So is that a good enough reason to cut corners and just serve me an incomplete plate without telling your customers? I wouldn’t pay 17 dollars for a plate with 3 cups of rice, minuscule servings of salmon and missing items. She refunded my money but I took the liberty to return them my orders hoping for an apology at least.when I didn’t get it she said it’s because I hung up on her and still never apologized. She was defensive and never took responsibility for the issue. Be better. You lost me as a customer. I do not recommend this place.
