Lobster Bar Sea Grille

We had our Christmas-eve dinner there last night. Also this was our first time eating at this restaurant. We had a 8:30pm reservation and we showed up on time, however we were told that they were backed up and we needed to wait. The hostess was clueless and when asked she refused to give us an estimate for the waiting period. We fully understood that they were busy, but they should have prepared better. There were many guests waiting for table and it was a big chaos. We finally managed to get our table almost 30 minutes later than our reservation time. However once we were seated, things went much smoother. Our waiter was very good, he explained us the menu, suggested his recommendations and checked on us regularly. The food was excellent, we took the crab cake, lobster bisque, grilled octopus and ceased salad for starters. For mains to has the lobster chili and steak and for dessert to had orange crème brûlée. 3/3/2022- easy with valet. You walk in and it’s done very nic. Bigger then you think.started w/wine. Then we had the Warn Spinach salad the Oh the bacon chunks. This is done table side. John our server is very professional and real enjoyable. We had the Escargot that can in puffs, nice butter garlic. I had the Fried Lobster . In my opinion the lobster meat is to delicate.to be fried . But was told it’s the biggest seller. G had Filet Barrel Cut8oz, plus Yukon Potato Mash . All good but for what we paid . It was out of the park . IMHO
