First time at this location, I always forget that L&L proportions are huge!! The "regular" size and a small drink ended up being $20, which after opening my plate and seeing the mound of chicken, I totally understood the price. The Chicken Katsu was very crispy and delicious as usual. The macaroni seemed to be less creamy than other locations that I've been too in the past. Rice was ok, just the normal plain tasteless sticky rice. Overall, good location.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a food place. Store was closed but door was still unlocked and I had needed to use the restroom. The worker rank up to the mic and started berating me for coming in when it was closed and I told him to lock the door and he yelled “GET OUT FAG”. Will never go back to this disgusting, horrible place.
Bad service. There were 2 guys by the cashier and 2 customers only. One of them was constantly on the phone while the other was moving sooooo slow. It took way too long to wrap up. Really really sucks. If the owner is reading this, you need to replace those 2 guys working the cashier.
