10 out 10 friendly and amazing service. There catering is the best If you ever have ever received. Thank you for making my son birthday a very special one with your very delicious food.
I frequently eat here. The food is great. Service sucks. When placing my order I was being rushed. At first I was trying to be understanding thinking there was a lot of online orders or something. But then, (I always order a Thai tea both from here and other boba stores) today when I ordered it it was overly sweet. I literally was getting a headache and started getting nausea. I very calmly asked to replace it. I had maybe 3 drinks so it was still full and the lady rudely told me wait and then came around the counter to scold me saying I should have known what I was ordering and that it is sweet everywhere in fron of the whole restaurantwhichhad 4 familiesin there waitingfor theirfood. So now I can't even enjoy my food because I have nothing to wash it down AND I am not feeling good from the tea. This was my favorite place. I drive uber and I will make sure that my passengers know about this place. I am a pretty understanding person but the lack of respect and customer service ruined m

I was extremely polite, and explained to her my food should be remade and my wait time should receive compensation. The 3 customers in the restaurant also looked at me in disbelief and told me that I was "right". I then waited another 15 minutes for the "free" potstickers. As I was asking her for the managers number, I was brushed aside in the middle of a sentence so that she could deal with another customer and give him his
