First time, GREAT food! The reviews live up to the hype!
I was just in a hunt for a Filipino food Henderson area and I stumbled in this store/restaurant .. however, as I was checking out the food to my dismay there were only a few dishes to choose from the place was dirty staff was eating on the table, few trays with no ulam, pansit was dry, the smell of the whole place was old, it seemed like they were cooking all the old leafy veggies from the store to the kitchen! The place was dirty, some of the bottles inside the store was old pleas ck expired dates if you buy some emergency stuff here was surprised they still get a pass from the health department. So based on my observations I left and went to seafood city at eastern and made my own sinigang and adobo. No thank you!
My mother ordered a tray of palabok a couple days ago and it was super dry. For the cost my mother paid, that palabok should have given me goose bumps. Instead it reminded me of a fast food ready-made palabok. It’s ashame because my mother was so excited to order that tray for me and my family because she knows we don’t have good palabok where we live. We came from Jersey to visit her and my dad. She called to complain about it but clearly the customer service was poor and they really didn’t give a hoot. Oh well, guess this establishment does not care about dedicated customers. They rather lose a customer over a tray of palabok, really nice! Thanks for reading!!
