Little J's Pittsburg

Small deli-like burger joint with other fine options. Tried about everything here, n it's all impressively good. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Lil' Jay is often on the grill. Service is top notch while he is there. Pretty aberration off his, but still good. No complaints from me. All in all, a great local spot!!!

I ordered the tri tip dinner per the young lady’s recommendation, ordered coleslaw and baked beans as sides, and also got a side of garlic fries. The garlic fries and the baked beans were the best part and I’m pretty sure the baked beans were just bush’s baked beans and the fries kinda tasted stale? Not sure how to explain it. The tri tip was well done and covered in mushrooms and onions that were not seasoned with even salt and pepper, it looked like something that belonged on a French dip, as it was way way over cooked and not well seasoned at all. It came with a side of au jus and that tasted like water. With how hyped up this place is, I was expecting a lot more. I could have gotten the same plate for cheaper at Kinders and I wouldn’t have been disappointed. I spent $30 (including a $5 tip) just to go home and feed it to my dogs.

I love their food and i love that they are a stable place in Pittsburg, there's no one else you can get it. I also love that the owner also went to Pitt high and has pirates along with the colors.i 've been going there since I was in high school, i love there they're still around through these hard times. Tho my pic does look weird my little one did that ????
