Little Caesars Pizza

The pizza was really good, the attitude of the employees not so much. I was told it would be five minutes for my pizza after fifteen I asked about it. A mumbled response something to the effect we are busy. No sh1t Sherlock. Maybe I am not understanding the concept of "hot and ready" being ready when you walk in. I understand you can sell out, just say it and be honest. Not some half @ssed answer of five minutes when the pizza has to be cooked, approx 10 min?

The one closest appears to have closed - surprising, because even poorly run it was usually busy - so I drove a little further to this one. It was swamped. The clerk told me before I ordered it would be a half-hour wait. The staff was overwhelmed, but kept working and stayed polite. The food quality did not appear to suffer. They didn't exactly look to me like they were rushing, but slow and steady sometimes does win the race. Parking: Standard strip-mall parking.

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food through app, doordash driver said they didnt have my order now im left out of money and food, no one answered the phone and now currently emailing corporate to make a formal complaint.
