Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered food today thru the app at 11:37 am. Pick up was supposed to be at 11:58 am . Showed up around Noon and the front door was locked! No employees inside! Im officially done with this location!

I do not recommend this store. I made an order online. I arrived to the establishment they gone tell me they have no more pizzas available. That my order will be refunded in 24-48 hours. There were pizzas in the warmer. However she said they were orders placed hours ago? I wanted my money back in cash. She told me they can refund me to the card. This was very unprofessional.

The worst customer service ever! Came in at 9:02 pm on 9/15 and was told by a young man at the counter “oh we closing early because we haven’t cooked anything but if you want I’ll make you a pepperoni or something” keep in mind they don’t t close until 10 pm. I then left and went to pizza hutt just to have a conversation with another young lady as we waited on our pizza who just experienced the same thing at the same place!! This is so sad! I get it, franchisees or corporate company you need help but all help isn’t good help!! Your name and customer service should mean more then the money!!
