Placed online delivery order. 40 minutes later got a text order is cancelled. Tried calling the store no one answers. Called support and they said the store never got my order when it deducted from my bank. Now they issue refund and got to wait 7-10 days. Never again.
I am vegetarian & i hv ordered from this store 2 classic cheese pizza. I got 1 cheese pizza & the other one pepperoni. Attach picture is the proof.Disappointed
I think they are doing the best they can as far as customer service. But they need more staff. Orders are marked as completed and not done when I get there. Same thing happened in 2 different occasions. It looks like is something wrong in the system, is not the staff. Is better to just order cheese or pepperoni, it looks like they just throw other ingredients on top after pizza is ready. Mushrooms and onions were cold. Other than that it was good.
