Always have loved little Caesar’s. Got super doughy bread this time.
Everyone loves little Caesar’s right? Good pizza at great prices. But the employees are the ones that sell this franchise to me. I was helped at this location by Melissa and I’ve never seen such good customer service in my life. She was more than helpful and fulfilled needs I didn’t know I had. Value her, she’s one of the rare ones!
If I could put no stars I would. Today, when we arrived for our pizza the lady at the front counter told us our order would be ready for 30 more mins which is fine but she was extremely rude about it. We went back to our car to wait and when we went back in, as she saw us coming she put the pizzas in the food warmer. When we asked how to get the pizzas out she again was extremely rude and was no help. It was just frustrating experience!!!
