This Little Cesars never answeres the phone. This is the 3rd time in a row that our pizza has been hard as a rock. The last time I made a complaint and was told we were getting a credit to have our order remade. They said when I wanted it remade just to call and give them my name. Well they don't answer the phone so I drove over there and gave them my name. The employee working basically called me a liar and said I did not have a credit and refused to give me the credit. The incident happened one day prior so it wasn't like it was months a go and got lost. I never received a receipt and all though I was able to prove the transaction by showing him my cash app transaction he still refused. They're costomer service sucks at this location and so does their pizza. I love little cesars otherwise. It's too bad this location's is 4 blocks from my home.
Didn't listen about my complaint about my pizza. Pizza was not right. No enough sauce, 1/4 inch crust with nothing on it. No chairs to sit and wait. I'm 70 yrs and it takes 15 minutes, can't stand that long. Went out to sit in my truck to wait. When I went back in my pizza was on a shelf getting cold, no customer service, looked at me like I was alien when I told her I wasn't happy with my pizza
My adult kids say this location tastes the best. We miss the $5 days, but even at $6.25 we can feed a lot of people cheaply and everyone likes it.
