Little Caesars Pizza

After I thought I’ve seen it all , these people had the nerve to send me a pizza with NO CHEESE with NO SAUCE . Just FRIED DOUGH with a bunch of Pepperoni tossed on top . How is this legal for a business to sell this and not offer a refund .

We walked in and ordered the Little Caesars Deep Dish pizza. We were there during the Hot N Ready order period and there were zero pizzas ready. The entire lobby had only 2 chairs. We waited about 15 minutes and everything was okay until we opened the box at home. This is not even close to what a deep dish is supposed to be. Only one of eight slices had the crusty melted cheese edge. One! The sauce was almost nonexistent, it’s supposed to have LOTS of sauce. The pepperoni and cheese did not even cover the bread. This should be called Thick Bread with pizza on the side. We won’t be back anytime soon.

For me to do this, it takes effort. To get one star is an accomplishment and I don’t mean that I. A good way. We ordered at 3:15PM for pick up at 5:30. I got there, it wasn’t ready. There were at least 6 people working. Stuck around to 6PM. No pizza. No explanation. No refund. So we were out $20 on our order. I wasn’t the only one waiting. There were at least 4 people in the same situation. One of the ladies ordered her pizza before I did and she was still waiting when I gave up.
