terrible service. “manager” with the costume wig is a nasty little troll. 0 stars. do not recommend. would not correct my order. AND the dead bugs in the lobby. manager called me a liar. absolutely disgusted. had to call the police.

This location is a joke, and I sincerely hope they get shut down or otherwise go out of business soon. I placed an order online for in-store pickup, arrived at the time indicated, tried to walk in the front door only to find it locked. Tried to show an employee my online order, which the app said was complete, through the window, and she just yelled "drive-thru!" and turned away. I sat in that drive-thru line for half an hour with only 2 cars in front of me, to then be told when I made it to the window that they're closed,despite the fact that I had already paid for food and waited an extra half hour. I thought "under new management" might mean this location had improved, at least a little bit, but they're even worse now.

40 minutes was orders on app got an email. It was done walked in and they said it had not even been made yet. Maybe it's time for management to be replaced recommend you go to any place other than that 1 worse pizza place south of atlanta.
