Little Caesars never disappoints. I always know what to expect and it's always satisfying. Great customer service.

This store used to be awesome! Two times now had mobile orders and shown up after the pick-up time and they hadn’t even started my order yet and pulled attitude with me saying I’d get a message when my order was ready. Stuck around this time for 30 additional minutes and when I went into pick them up, the cashier couldn’t find them. He informed me the manager had gone out back to smoke and took a few employees with him, and left him and one other employee to handle a store full of people. When I finally arrived home, we had cold burnt pizzas! Not going back any time soon!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. Even during COVID, this shop has been consistently excellent when I've been there. A few times they've had off hours or I've had to wait a bit, but the food has always been excellent and the people even better. Keep up the good work, all. A special shout to Sheneka, who was wonderful when I stopped in on 12/22. You made my long night much better! Thank you!
