Lion's Choice

Best experience I have had at a Lions choice ( or probably alot of other fast food restaurants) in a long time. Trent greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, food came out quickly, hot and delicious!! It was busy and the staff was like a well oiled machine!! Trent then went around the restaurant and asked how everyone was doing and if anyone needed anything else! With the labor market we are in, he DESERVES a raise!!! I will definitely come back to this location more!!

First of all, I love the roast beef. But there is not a low enough ranking to describe my experience at Sunset Hills. I pulled up to the drive thru at 520pm, aka dinner time. No one in front of me. 3 employees standing outside smoking. Complete silence from the speaker. I saw a tall dark haired young man with facial hair walk inside (this is 3+ minutes after I'd been sitting in the drive thru) and the voice thru the speaker says "I'll be with you in a moment". WHAT?! Then I see the same young man come back outside?! I drove through and pulled to the front and parked. Went inside. One customer being waited on at the counter, and I see the same young man walking to the drive thru window. He made eye contact with me and said, "Were you just in the drive thru?" I said "I was but all you guys were outside smoking." He said (politely BTW), "Well I said I'd be with you in a minute. We had 3 orders up up front." Are you for real?! I came in today to get my replacement order and sam took my order and robyn the manager replace my order from last time since I had a problem with my order last time were the meat was tough on my two sandwiches and my large fry was under filled and large drink was the wrong drink and sam was very professional,hospitable, courteous taking my order and robyn made my food and she was very professional, hospitable, courteous and her and sam are hard workers and their was no attitude and they were friendly and the food was hot and fresh and tender and the service was outstanding and couldnt have ask for better service and couldnt have ask for better food and this is my favorite lions choice
