Been coiming here since the lindys in cicero closed. My favorite thing to oder is the old fashioned banana split.
Good not great. Ordered a banana split and a turtle sundae and neither one had any type of nuts as the menu stated. Never had a turtle sundae without pecans.
I'm afraid this was a bad experience yesterday. This morning I really got sick. I ordered a tamale boat. Which was a tamale with chili on top. Simple right? The tamale was not a Tom Tom tamale (because I asked) it was a knock off bad brand and tasted weird. Then topped with Chile (looked like it came out of a blender) so it was a mystery unappetizing dish. Yep ... simple yet so bad! I still feel it ???? I will spare the the photo.
