Lily's Malibu

My wife is 21 weeks pregnant and desperately had to use a restroom. She went in and they told her she had to order first. She explained she was pregnant and really needed to go, but they still wouldn't let her. I was planning on ordering something after she used the restroom, but she came out and said we shouldn't order there since they were so rude, so we left. Come here if you want to see pregnant women mistreated I guess.

Food was amazing, couldn’t even finish it. Big servings, great taste. No dogs allowed, but owner personally waiting outside with dog while owner ordered 10/10 recommended and will always dine here when in Malibu

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Ivonne was absolutely terrible. I was standing in line to order and she said I needed to order before using the restroom. Waited 25 min for a vegetarian burrito. I asked if we could have chips while we were waiting and she said we would need to pay for the chips. There was no one else in line before us and everyone after us was getting their food.
