Liberty - Alternative American Restaurant

I found this place on a Google search and it was simply amazing. You wouldn’t expect that this establishment serves this level of high quality food as there’s barely a sign to let you know you’ve made it to the restaurant, but WOW. The pricing is almost too reasonable, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the experience of sitting at the kitchen table while chatting it up with the chefs while they make each dish was one of a kind. We were truly blessed to experience this dinner. We will be recommending Liberty to all of our friends and family!

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem in a nondescript location. Their menu is varied, pulling from several different cuisines. Tried the Cobia crudo, shishito peppers, curried shrimp and spinalis of ribeye. Oh and the off -menu fois gras. Everything was prepared well, and plated nicely, by the very friendly chefs who will occasionally visit tables Our server, Katie, really went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Wow - what a great find! This is a wonderful restaurant. It's small/intimate (look closely for the sign!) and the staff are delightful. The menu is thoughtful and creative. The food (small plates/Tapas) is outstanding and served at a perfect pace. Enjoy!
